To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items are not in the same condition.
Please note we do not accept returns on all sale items and accessories including face masks, scrub caps, compression socks & tote bags.
We are unable to accept returns on permanently marked down sale items or embroidered items.
Returned items that meet the return conditions will be eligible for either an EXCHANGE, ONLINE CREDIT or REFUND.
Refunds are issued using the original method of payment only. Any discount issued at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund. Shipping costs are not refundable.
At this stage we are unable to cover the cost of return postage for incorrect size or change of mind.

- Upon completion, you will be sent a confirmation email. This email will show you a summary of the items you have chosen to return. Please ensure you check that all items have been included.
- From there, our team will approve/reject your request. You will receive a follow up email with instructions on where and how to post your return back to us.
- When preparing to return your parcel please ensure you include a copy of the email confirmation or your original tax invoice, so that our team is able to identify your order.
- Once your parcel arrives back and our team have processed your request, you will receive an email notification. Please allow 5-7 business days for all return parcels to be processed.

That’s what led to the creation of Fit Right Medical Scrubs. There was a gap in the market for scrubs that fit right, were flexible and were able to help medical professionals fulfill their duties. The scrubs on the market were made from materials that hindered nurses from bending, squatting and reaching, which is a vital part of their role.
The creator of Fit Right Medical Scrubs used her 10+ years of fashion industry experience to help her sister out, who was a nurse. Her sister was constantly complaining about how her scrubs were uncomfortable, unflattering and generally terrible to wear. They started to search for scrubs that they were satisfied with and all the scrubs on the market fell short.
That led to the creation of a single scrub to help her sister. Her sister was so impressed that she suggested that the creator made more. Her sister managed to round up some co-workers who wanted to test them out. There was such positive feedback that the creator decided to take a risk and manufacture them.
Fast forward to 2023, Fit Right Medical Scrubs now caters for all medical professionals, including professionals for our four-legged friends, as well as releasing accessories to accompany the scrubs.
The mission behind Fit Right Medical Scrubs is to help out the medical professionals who help us everyday. No one should have to work AROUND their clothes to do their job.
